1. How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time is 15–25 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, when tracking is available.

2. Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the United States, Canada, and Mexico, regardless of the order value or number of items.

3. Can I return my order?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

Please note: Personalized or customized products, including jerseys printed with player names, numbers, or custom text, are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Before returning an item, please email support@newyorksoccer.net. Our customer support team will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

4. Do you offer direct exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order through our online store.

Placing a new order separately can help you receive the preferred item sooner and reduces the risk of it becoming unavailable while your return is being processed.

5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@newyorksoccer.net.

Please include the following information:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the affected item
• A photograph of the package and shipping label

Our team will review the information and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations are only possible before processing or fulfillment has started.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@newyorksoccer.net and include your order number. We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
