1. How long does delivery take?

To offer you high-quality designs at highly attractive conditions, we utilize an optimized international logistics network. The average delivery time is 15–25 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.

2. Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, and Mexico — regardless of the order value or the number of items.

3. Can I return my order?

Of course. Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).

Please note: For hygiene and resale reasons, personalized or customized products (such as jerseys with specific player names, numbers, or custom text) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Does New York Soccer Shop offer a direct exchange?

We do not offer a direct exchange service. To receive your desired size or color as quickly as possible, please return the original item for a refund and simultaneously place a new order through our webshop.

5. What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

We deeply regret if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at support@newyorksoccer.net with photos of the item and the shipping label. Our team will arrange a straightforward solution (e.g., replacement delivery) for you within one business day.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Since we process all orders as quickly as possible, changes or cancellations are only possible within a very short window after purchase. Once the shipping process has been initiated in our logistics center, adjustments are unfortunately no longer feasible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any change requests.
