1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Personalized/Customized Items: Kits with custom names and numbers (including specific star players like MESSI #10, PULISIC #11, etc.) are only eligible for return if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@newyorksoccer.net with your order number (e.g., NYK#61001) and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide the designated return address.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all materials and accessories.
  4. Labeling: Clearly mark the RAN (if provided) on the outside of the package.
  5. Shipping: Send the products to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Shipping Costs and Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • NYK Responsibility: If the error is ours, we will provide a pre-paid return label.
  • Package Protection: All orders are covered by our "Package Guarantee." If your package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered after 45 days), we will arrange a free reshipment.

4. Processing and Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and evaluate your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We promise to resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement (free reshipment) or a full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@newyorksoccer.net as soon as possible. Since our processing time is 2–4 business days, we can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
